Submitting to an Issue 
Fix It Broken is looking for previously-unpublished works of fiction that range between 500-1500 words.  Fix it Broken will publish a well-crafted online issue quarterly. Specific submission dates and deadlines will be listed below.

For the time being we cannot pay authors any monetary funds. However, the author of the Top Story of each issue will receive an extensive bio attached to their piece, as well as a complimentary t-shirt. Each design will be directly inspired by the winning piece of fiction.

Please submit only ONE piece of fiction. Simultaneous submissions are fine, as long as you notify us immediately upon acceptance elsewhere. Do not query until at least three weeks after the submission period closes. 

Authors retain rights to their work. However, any designs created based on a story are owned by fixitbroken.com. Upon submission, authors allow Fix it Broken to possibly produce and distribute a t-shirt based on their author's story, which may incorporate a title or excerpt.
